Sgiliau Seicolegol
Mae'r maes ymchwil hwn yn archwilio sut mae sgiliau seicolegol yn dylanwadu ar berfformiad lefel uchel, ac yn archwilio'r mathau o ffactorau sy'n effeithio ar effeithiolrwydd defnyddio sgiliau seicolegol. Mae’r ymchwil yn rhychwantu amrywiaeth eang o gyd-destunau, gan gynnwys chwaraeon, addysg, ac amgylcheddau eithafol, ac mae’n integreiddio safbwyntiau damcaniaethol o nifer o feysydd seicolegol (e.e. personoliaeth a seicoleg gymdeithasol, seicoleg wybyddol, niwrowyddoniaeth) er mwyn deall orau sut mae sgiliau seicolegol yn dod i rym, a phryd y gallant fod fwyaf defnyddiol i gynorthwyo perfformiad.
